HNIT was hired at Blackberry to help them with our knowledge and expertise to support their massive SAP upgrade project to upgrade SAP software to latest version of Enhancement Package for ECC, CRM, SRM, BI, PI, HCM, SCM, and Solution Manager landscapes.

Upon hiring us, Blackberry team almost immediately began realizing the obstacles they have within the complexity  within their SAP foot print and benefits of hiring a reliable partner who delivers the knowledge and experience to reduce these challenges and mitigate the risk. With months of analysis and over a year worth of hands of upgrades, we were successfully able to migrate and upgrade their existing SAP landscapes into a newer hardware on a latest and greatest SAP version without any data loss. Apart from upgrade, additionally, we delivered wide range of custom automation functionalities to ease of some cumbersome, manual processes being followed by customer for years. With new automation at the OS level and application level, customer being reduced there overall cost of operation at least by half.
